Wellbeing
The wellbeing of our community is central to everything that we do.
A commitment to wellbeing is threaded through all our endeavours. It builds identity, honours student voice, and fosters early years connections. It is integral to our learning and learning environments, enriches our staff and families, and strengthens quality governance. Without wellbeing, learning cannot exist.
Holistic engagement
Rather than delivering a specific program, we take a holistic approach that considers the whole student. We allow children to take calculated risks and learn from mistakes, explore their world, communicate openly, and be their best in their very own way.
Our smaller size enables us to identify concerns early, and our close connections within the school and the wider communities gives us the opportunity to provide a variety of avenues to ensure each child is supported, nurtured, encouraged and celebrated throughout their years with us.
In the classroom, the schoolyard, at sport, on camps and excursions, student wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do.
“As a Lutheran school, we foster a culture of educational excellence that is Christ-centred, where all we say and do is based on our desire to see every person thrive and flourish.”
